Cassowary Coast Microgreens is a small family farm run by Mark and Kane Rowe in Feluga, Queensland. We respect your privacy and we keep this simple: we only collect the information we need to grow and deliver your order, and we never sell it to anyone.

What we collect

When you place an order through our website, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your delivery address
• The microgreens varieties and quantities you order

Like most websites, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and on what type of device. This information is collected using cookies and does not directly identify you.

• To confirm, prepare, and deliver your order
• To contact you by text, phone, or email about your order, including payment and delivery arrangements
• If you have opted in, to send you occasional text messages about order windows and what we are growing. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP

Text messages

When you place an order, we will text you to confirm it and arrange payment and delivery. These are service messages about your order, not marketing.

We only send marketing texts, such as reminders that the weekly order window is closing, if you have ticked the consent box on our order form. Every marketing message gives you the option to reply STOP to opt out, and we will action that promptly.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers we need to run the business:

• Our website hosting and form processing providers, which deliver your order details to us securely
• Google Analytics, for anonymous website usage statistics

We may also disclose information if required to by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep order information only as long as we need it to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations.
